1. Complications were slight distorsion of the pupil by the iris sutures (3 patients), iris capture (1 patient), posterior synechiae (1 patient), ablatio chorioideae (1 patient), seclusio pupillae (1 patient).

An Komplikationen waren leichte Verziehung der Pupille durch die Irisnähte (3 Patienten), Iris capture (1 Patient), hintere Synechien (1 Patient), Ablatio chorioideae (1 Patient), Seclusio pupillae (1 Patient) zu beobachten.

2. History reveals congenital blistering with acral localization and photosensitivity in childhood. At present, the patient showed wide-spread poikoloderma with reticulate hyperpigmentation, xerosis, proximal synechia between fingers and toes and absence of dermatoglyphics, suggestive for congenital bullous poikiloderma (Kindler syndrome). The diagnosis was confirmed by histology and electron microscopy.

Anamnestisch erhebbare kongenitale Blasenbildung und Photosensitivität in der Kindheit sowie ausgedehnte Poikilodermien mit retikulärer Pigmentierung und Xerose, proximale Synechien der Finger und Fehlen der Papillarleisten an Händen und Füßen im aktuellen Status erbrachten die Diagnose einer kongenitalen bullösen Poikilodermie (Kindler-Syndrom), die histologisch und elektronenmikroskopisch bestätigt wurde.
